I work with the client organisation to scope, develop, and deliver the CP7 Wales and Western Drainage Programme on behalf of the South Rail Systems Alliance. I represent both client and contractor organisations, overseeing programme performance and financial reporting across development and delivery phases. Previously, I led the planning and delivery of various S&C and Plain Line track renewals across Wales, Western, and Wessex within the South Rail Systems Alliance and S&C South Alliance. I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Business and Marketing Management and have completed a 12-month industrial placement before joining Colas Rail UK (Colas and Bouygues S.A. subsidiary). Since starting my journey with Colas Rail I have completed the Graduate Future Leaders 2 year rotational programme and have successfully managed various high performing teams across a series of business functions and stand alone projects.
