This involved budgeting, forecasting, and reporting actuals, which were regularly communicated to senior leaders to support decision-making-Improved reporting for the HL Servicing Expense Team by implementing formulaic enhancements to the team’s headcount tracking and forecasting file. These changes were applied across the entire team, and were presented for ongoing use-Streamlined monthly reporting by integrating multiple large source files into a single Alteryx workflow, reducing preparation time by two-thirds.
