About Joey Shearer
As a Manager of Corporate Insights for Qualtrics Market Research, I lead a team that delivers research services by helping clients with everything from survey design through data collection to analysis & reporting. In my time with the company, I have personally managed research projects, supporting academic, corporate, and enterprise accounts in varying industries. My primary areas of expertise are data cleaning and sample collection services, including survey translations, list distributions, qualitative studies, CATI studies, and more. I am also the Global Data Quality Chair for Edge and lead our Customer Wellness System.Prior to working with Qualtrics, I performed in the top 1% of sales representatives nationally for Verizon Wireless and earned a BS in Psychology from BYU, graduating Magna Cum Laude in just 3 years. I am able to exceed metric expectations and drive success within myself and others. I have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of organizational behavior principles. Also well-educated in the principles of positive psychology, I am capable of implementing those behaviors in the workplace. I am trained in research methods and survey methodology, using programs such as Stata and SPSS, and am proficient in APA writing.
