At MSCI’s Climate Risk Center, I develop and validate climate risk and carbon transition models used by global investors to assess transition and physical risks across portfolios, supporting clients in understanding climate exposure across asset classes. I contributed to the design and launch of climate proxy datasets that filled critical gaps in reported emissions and other climate metrics, expanding MSCI’s coverage into private markets and improving the accuracy of financed emissions accounting. In this role, I translate complex climate data and disclosure frameworks into actionable financial metrics that inform investment decisions and senior leadership strategy. Beyond my technical work, I also serve as Head of MSCI’s NY Pride ERG, where I drive LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives.
