About Joseph Scalesi
I have 20 years of experience as an accomplished financial professional. For the last 11 years, I’ve held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley. I’m currently a Principal Risk Analyst at FINRA. I’ve had many successes during my career (my full resume is nearby with all the details), including 5 promotions during my time at Morgan Stanley. I’m especially adept at working with other, cross-functional leaders to promote my team’s capabilities in crafting a cohesive strategy. I enjoy being hands-on in leading my team in executing the financial and technological aspects of that strategy. I am a persuasive communicator and am detail-oriented by nature. I very much enjoy the relationships I build. I’ve always had a rigorous, results-driven work ethic. And all that’s served me very well, but I know that I’ve been very lucky to work alongside some great managers, colleagues, and staff. I realize that, to be successful, individual achievements must happen, but they can only take me so far, and that the team’s success is my success.
