Creatively oversee and execute the development of visual development and final art assets and serve as a strategic brand consultant on marketing materials for GizmoGO! and other CBN Animation productions.Collaborate with the CBN Animation Leadership to establish stylistic guidelines and maintain quality and brand consistency through all avenues of brand usage including the animated series, marketing promotions, advertising campaigns and other brand initiatives.Build and manage freelance teams of world-class artistic/design talent while managing financial negotiations, creating and maintaining schedules and keeping fees within reasonable parameters consistent with CBN’s high standards of fiscal responsibility.Daily management of in-house art and design staff, providing direction, training, setting daily trackable goals, encouraging excellence in design, overseeing time management while providing guidance for professional and spiritual growth.Set and maintain high production standards for all areas of the CBN Animation art development including the technical proficiency of artist standards, show assets and marketing support such as posters, promotional campaigns, DVD slipcases, disk label designs, trading cards, books, online design support, brand building advertisement campaign, toy, and other promotional initiatives.Consultant for strategic brand ideation, designing new avenues of growth opportunities and brand building. Oversee and execute the design of all new character, prop, vehicle and environment assets.
