Responsible with the mandate to transform the City of Toronto\'s office spaces to a new innovative work environment that integrates flexible work modes, mobility, collaboration, health + wellness, and social connection to the City\'s workplace. As the manager of capital construction for the City\'s ModernTO | Workplace Modernization Program I will have direct oversight of the interanal and external teams responsible for delivering the program which includes all aspects of planning and implementation of design and construction for the impacted program work areas within the City\'s owned and leased office portfolio. Also, as a trusted leader and partner on the overarching program team I will work with our internal divisional partners, agencies and corporations to contribute in the development of the business transformation, technology, and change management tools needed to enable its success.
