I have been working in the IT field for 23 years. My career has seen me go from working in operations and system monitoring to supporting AIX UNIX, to delving into middleware software such as weblogic, to linux system administration, to DevOps using technologies such as Terraform, GIT, Ansible and platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.I started my career at IBM. Worked there for 13 years. Then i moved to CGI where i honed on my system adminstration skills working on client sites such as Laurentian Bank, Deutsche Bank AG and National Bank of Canada. After a fabulous 5 years at CGI, I moved the National Bank of Canada. Here i developed my skills wotking with Red Hat enterprise Linux, Red hat Ansible, Red Hat Satellite server. I worked in a team of 7 managing over RHEL VMs running on a private cloud powered by vmware. after roughly 5 years at National Bank, I have moved to OnePoint where I am part of a team of developers working to create Infrastructure as a Service for clients using terraform, Ansible, Powershell, bash and GIT on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
