ABOUT JOSEPH RUNTZ

Joseph Runtz has been in Real Estate for more years than you can shake a stick at; however, he did quite a few memorable things beforehand. After high school, Joe enlisted the US Navy where he proudly served his country and saw a little of the world, to boot.A noble Veteran. Joseph attended the University of Illinois, graduating in 1960, with a B.S. in Marketing. Joe has been married to the love of his life, Carol, for nearly 54 years. They are truly blessed to have 6 children, 6 grand kids and 4 great grand babies, too. Joseph started his career in Real Estate as a custom home builder founding, Runtz Home Builders, Inc. He designed and built beautiful custom homes throughout Chicago’s renowned North Shore. He took on some homes in trade, remodeled and sold them; his love of resale was nurtured and promoted. He was offered and accepted the position as Sales Manager and Construction Consultant for a 65 Unit apartment-to-condominium conversion in Park Ridge, Il. He sold all units within eighteen months, a full year and a half ahead of schedule. Joe, and the lovely Carol, decided a warmer climate was just what the Doctor ordered, and relocated to Arizona in late 1998. After completing the Arizona Specifics, the Department of Real Estate acknowledged Joe’s 30 years as an Illinois Real Estate Broker and licensed him as an Arizona Real Estate Broker. Ever since, Joe has been helping both buyers and sellers attain they’re Real Estate dreams. Joseph is passionate about the goals and needs of every prospective client and specializes in bringing peace of mind to those he works with.
