Also, maintain accurate student records in Salesforce and eData, assess students for program suitability, and facilitate efficient communication with the program team to expedite enrollment.Collaborate closely with the program team to plan and coordinate the students’ journey from inquiry to goal achievement. This includes overseeing student orientation sessions and providing referrals to address barriers and transition needs related to program participation.In addition to these responsibilities, I supervise the volunteer classroom aides, cultivate community-based partnerships, and coordinate with ISAC to provide case management support and referrals for students facing barriers.
