National Lead for Mergers and Acquisition Integration and Separation Advisory services leading a team of dedicated professionals to support transformation and optimization of business functions as they go through the integration and separation process. Business Process assessment is the core of the approach to understand the requirements of transformation from Finance, IT, Human Capital, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Tax, Treasury, and Insurance, encompassing all business functions. We apply a methodology that accelerates our discovery and design for the transaction that allows us to rapidly return the critical decisions, validate hypothetical design, and push the teams to deliver on Synergy, TSA exit, and value engineering to support client objectives defined in the deal thesis. I have applied these methods across industries and geographies working with global fortune 50 to regional value added manufacturers as they transform their businesses. I spend much of my time in the Private Equity and Venture Capital ownership models and understand the speed of transaction and bring a solid understanding of the financial aspects of business and the impact to the bottom line. Working with some of the largest PE firms I also understand the motivators and rewards of private equity and know how to deliver for optimized realization of carried interest and achieving the hurdle rate as quickly as possible.
