About Joseph Ridgeway

My legal practice primarily involves litigating employment matters. I understand that litigation is stressful, so I take the time to listen to my clients in order to understand their goals and needs. Regardless of the size of a case, I am always a zealous advocate for my clients. I began my legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert S. Ballou in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, where I drafted judicial orders and opinions, researched cutting-edge legal issues, and gained valuable insight into the judicial process. I have litigated cases in Washington and Oregon ever since. I understand the impact the legal system has on everyone, and so I regularly give back to the community by volunteering with local legal services organizations in order to provide those with minimal means access to justice. Outside the office, I am an avid golfer and I enjoy playing the Pacific Northwest\'s many beautiful courses. I also have a passion for sports cars. When not playing golf or scouring the internet for cars, I enjoy watching the Seahawks, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with family and friends.
