Extremely passionate, openminded and dedicated to cultivating the highest quality cannabis. 3rd gen Legacy grower with a proven track record of successfully running teams, crushing goals and humbly pushing the bar to consistently improve and deliver results while staying positive and maintaining companies vision while constantly building and uplifting team members. After all, the plants feel everything and I cannot stress the importance of a happy + healthy environment for both the plants and the employees. Both need to want to be there and love what they are doing! I love pushing myself and others to be the best, happiest and proud versions of ourselves. 15+ years of cultivation with 6+ years in the Florida cannabis industry. Proudly have worked in every department at 2 different Florida grows to get hands on experience; as well as a leader in cultivation at 4 different Florida grows including indoor (HPD + LED)(full scale + racking) greenhouses, and sun grown (shadehouse) with living soil, coco, rockwool (1gal-100gal) and a supervisor / manager at 1. I have designed and built full grow rooms everything from 100 plant breeding rooms to + plant rooms. I have also designed and built full irrigation setups and feed every way from hand feeding each plant to full automated drip irrigation systems (Argus + Dosatron + Total grow solutions + make more) Enjoying every step of the process and living my dream doing what I love every single day.
