They may never be uncovered unless we are willing to step outside of our comfort zone.•Create / Find End State – We first must clearly define the desired “end state” – that experience the company envisions for its customer – in order to increase the certainty of creating that desired reality.•Create the Plan – The probability of accomplishing the end state increases when the game plan is broken down into actionable yet attainable steps.•Empowerment – When Leaders empower team members with clear responsibilities and autonomy to execute tasks, the chance for success greatly increases. •Collaboration – To paraphrase Ronald Reagan, there is no limit to what a team can accomplish if they don\'t care who gets the credit.•Measurement – The proper metrics enable all stakeholders to understand how far they’ve come and what still lies ahead.•Results – Success ultimately is defined by how closely the Customer’s experience aligns with the agreed upon End State.
