Born and raised in Philadelphia, I come from humble beginnings that instilled the values of hard work and education. I funded my entire college education independently, emphasizing my commitment to self-reliance and hard work. At 23, I found my first mentor in the medical device industry. With a high willingness to learn and the guidance of a mentor, I swiftly ascended to the top of the sales ladder in an area that is traditionally challenging. Over the next twelve years, I assumed multiple leadership roles, including becoming the company\'s youngest manager at 29. In this capacity, I hired, trained, and developed individuals to achieve success.Seeking a new interest and challenge, I transitioned to a completely different role-embracing neurovascular, IT, contracts, legal, AI, startups, and capital sales. In my first year I was one of two award winners, and in the second-I led the company in sales. Recognition followed with multiple awards, including multiple Rep of the Quarter Awards, Lowest Churn, and winning the best pitch award at our National Sales Meeting.Entrepreneurial by nature, I thrive as a problem solver and authentic leader. My passion for helping others is reflected in my genuine commitment to the growth and success of those around me. My drive, goal-oriented mindset, and love for building extend beyond professional pursuits to my roles as a carpenter, and woodworker.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about self-development, constantly exploring new avenues to enhance my skills and grow personally. My family, especially my children and wife, is at the heart of my passions. Bulldogs, architecture, woodworking, real estate, investing, and church activities are integral components of my diverse interests. Problem-solving, negotiating, and building meaningful partnerships bring me immense satisfaction.In my free time, I relish meeting new people, and learning about their journey and passions. Whether on the beach or the lacrosse field with my boys, engaging in various sports, working on a house, building furniture, spending quality time with my family, or enjoying moments with my bulldog-I find joy in maximizing my time with a diverse range of activities. Having now worked with many of the passionate neuro programs in the Northeast helping maximize the value of AI for imaging to deliver better patient outcomes for those suffering from stroke I have truly comprehended how important time is. Every day is a blessing, and an opportunity to help those in need and do something great.
