I’m a senior IT and digital transformation leader with deep experience in regulated systems, enterprise platforms, and complex Life Sciences and manufacturing environments. My work spans Industry 4.0, IT/OT convergence, MES/MII modernization, and digital manufacturing architectures.I began my career in quality, validation, and design control before moving into enterprise IT, architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and data governance. That foundation gives me credibility with plant leadership and engineers while allowing me to operate at an executive, portfolio level. I focus on stabilizing and modernizing fragmented ecosystems into scalable, inspection-ready environments that support Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Clinical, Operations, and Commercial teams.Across Koch companies, I’ve operated in both small, high-talent divisional teams and large, matrixed global organizations. At Molex, I served as Division CIO for a 26-facility medical/pharma network while partnering closely with central IT towers. We unified the entire division onto a single global SAP instance, led M&A integration, and brought both a greenfield site in Poland and an acquired facility in Idaho into the common architecture.Today at Georgia-Pacific, I lead a global, follow-the-sun digital organization across the U.S, India, and Mexico. My teams stabilize and advance SAP, integration, data, MES, and related enterprise platforms.
