About Joseph Rainey
We provide full spectrum Test and Evaluation (T&E) services at all phases of acquisition cycle for traditional and non-traditional acquisition programs for operational testing supporting both DoD and DHS S&T. We provide formal testing or rapid assessments prior to field deployment to evaluate the operational effectiveness and suitability of a system with respect to its mission. The testing includes requirements definition and validation, test program planning, specification development, cost estimation, risk and trade-off analyses, modeling and simulation studies, technology maturity and manufacturing assessments. Operational Test and Evaluation adequacy encompasses both test planning and test execution. Considerations include realistic field use or combat-like conditions, adequate resources, and are representative of typical users.
