About Joseph Puglisi
Currently an officer in the United States Air Force. Originally from Woodbury, MN. Attended the Air Force Academy out of high school where I studied Mechanical Engineering. Completed a 6 week internship at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM between junior and senior year. Senior capstone project research was published and is available on LinkedIn profile. Upon graduation from the Academy, I commissioned as a 2d Lt and reported to Hill AFB, UT and began working as an engineer on Missile Field Battlespace Awareness Capabilities in the Minuteman Program Office.After 2 years at the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, I was accepted to graduate school at the Air Force Institute of Technology for a Master’s of Science in Aeronautical Engineering in the greater Dayton, OH area. I completed my Master’s in March of 2024. Following the Air Force institute of Technology, my next assignment is back at Hill AFB, UT.
