Supporting three of Epic’s customers with problem solving and consulting on projects related to their use of Beaker, Epic’s Laboratory Information System (LIS)• Technically supporting hospital systems going live on Epic\'s software by fixing issues (often by writing searches to pull data), walking end-users through workflows, and advising on software configuration for desired workflows• Mentor and Service Coach for new hires to help them learn and acclimate to Epic across application, technical, service, optimization, and management skills• Debugging to find the root cause of customer-reported issues, and then documenting and working with software developers to assist with issue resolution from both a technical and customer-specific workflow standpoint• Growing the Beaker Technical Solutions Engineer Knowledge Management (Beaker TSKM) team from 3 members to 8 members• Leading the Beaker TSKM team to coordinate and implement large internal projects to assist with new hire education and onboarding, such as Mock Command Center, which allows new hires to practice taking our customer’s live before they go onsite• Working to help ensure that all Beaker customers have a successful transition from our VB client to our web-based client by leading customer check-in calls and writing searches to identify potential users for web workflow piloting• Performing phone interviews as a member of our HR Partner team to aid in the hiring process by getting applicants excited about the Technical Solutions Engineer role
