About Joseph Policicchio

With over 45 years’ experience in the construction industry, ranging from parking structures, hotels and high-rise residential to over 3,900 units of condo’s, offices to prisons and casinos, both steel and concrete, I have extensive field and management experience with a variety of multi-million-dollar projects and am a tradesman having been in the carpenters union for 23 years. In addition, I work extremely well with clients, state/local agencies, community members and architectural professionals, as well as trade contractors. In my role as General Superintendent and Lead Project Superintendent, I lead several superintendents and hold them accountable and responsible for the successful field execution of all construction phases of a project. This includes scheduling of materials, labor and monitoring field personnel and subcontractors’ performance. I am directly involved in the coordination of manpower assignments and implementation of the corporate safety program. I deliver satisfied clients by engaging all stakeholders and managing quality of work that leads to timely completion of Punch List and fast Project Closeout, providing effective communication that results in no surprises to Owner, and meeting schedule obligations (and updating schedule in a timely manner). Quality, Cost, Schedule and having everyone go home safe every day is of the utmost importance in my daily activities. I am self-motivated and can easily motivate others (from sub-contractors, service vendors to employees), to get the job done while training them to be great leaders. My objective is to encourage, motivate and allow others to think for themselves to come up with good ideas which leads to a successful team.I have worn 4 hard hats in my carrier. Sub-contractor, General contractor, Program manager and Owner Builder Developer which brings tremendous value to clients, companies and Sub-contractors by seeing all perspectives and possessing the knowledge and experience to produce a win-win in any situation.

The retail portion will be Type l construction for a Whole Foods Market and 10 SF) cold white shell retail units surrounding the ground floor. Square footages retail = 84, 934, Luxury apartments = 342,034 while the parking and amenities = 528,388.
