Primarily responsible Provides front-line support for contact center Customer service representatives for desktops in support of a government agency. Imaging, configuration and deployment of all end-user computer systems and their centralized management systems. Testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting PC hardware, mobile devices, software and associated operating systems. Develops, maintains and deploys operating system images for the organization’s workstations.
