Partnered with fellow senior leaders to lead the data workstream of SGI’s corporate transformation, ensuring reporting and analytics delivery aligned with corporate strategy and critical Guidewire/DRIVE program milestones. • Directed the successful transition from legacy reporting platforms (e.g, MicroStrategy) to Power BI, with data sourced and integrated from legacy systems and newly implemented Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter. • Built datasets and reporting layers to support MVP delivery, regulatory filings, reinsurance reporting, and operational performance tracking aligned with GW/DRIVE release cycles. • Designed and implemented a formal intake and prioritization process that proactively aligns business priorities with data delivery planning and enabling quarterly cadence between business demand and data team capacity. • Championed Agile Product Thinking and established business domain–focused POD structures, improving delivery speed, transparency, and business acumen across data teams. • Advocated for enterprise AI adoption and governance, starting up data science initiatives including predicting optimal Motor Vehicle Risk (MVR) ordering, Broker/Customer Lifetime Value, and Total Loss prediction models. • Managed strategic vendor relationships and budgets, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery from Deloitte, Adastra, SAS, and Guidewire Professional Services. • Defined and operationalized SGI’s future-state data operating model, supporting the transition from transformation to Business-as-Usual (BaU) while laying the foundation for a scalable, data product–driven hub-and-spoke structure. • Co-chaired SGI’s Multicultural Heritage Employee Resource Group, actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
