o JB was introduced to Scribes by a good friend of his, Frank Wagner. Frank was JB\'s Reporter of Decisions mentor and hero. Frank was the Reporter of Decisions at the Supreme Court of the United States for many years. They met in 2002 when both were involved in a very unique Moot Court hosted by the ABA, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and the Honorable Society of the Middle Temple Inn of Court of London, England. JB served as the Case Writer for the Moot Court. He and Frank quickly become good friends, both had a love of legal research and writing. Frank had been a member of Scribes, and in 2008 introduced JB to it.
