Able to multitask for achieving success as a Facility person.Duties: • Ensuring all facilities are operated & maintained in alignment with Established Standards & Procedures.• Manage Third Party Contractors / Vendors engaged in Operating and Maintaining Properties• Develop, Cultivate & Own Key relations with Clients, Property Management Companies & Third Party Service Providers. • Assuring Capital Projects, Operation Projects are managed successfully with Outstanding Customer Service.• Plan & Co-ordinate all Installations & Refurbishments.• Inspect Building structures to determine the need for Repair & Renovation.• Drive & Support Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives for Site.• Preparing status reports for use in communication to management. • Collaborate with Cross Functional partners such as HR, IT, Recruiting and Operations• Establish & Maintain open, positive relations with team, other support group and clients.• Actively involved in encouraging the provision of a Safe & healthy working environment for all personnel.• Encourage & Maintain productive, effective Communication & working relationship with all parties involved in the Project.
