I am a dynamic leader that’s always looking to take on new challenges, learn new things, and drive improvement throughout the organization. I am currently responsible for managing Linde’s Southeast distribution network. This entails a combination of day-to-day logistics management as well as longer-term production management and planning. I am responsible for forecasting customer demands and determining production modes and rates for the plants in the region, power forecasting, inventory management and product purchasing, contingency planning, and headcount/equipment planning in order to ensure customer reliability and lowest total cost-to-supply. The ever-changing landscape of supply and demand necessitates a nimble and flexible strategy for my team to execute that will maximize profitability under a variety of circumstances. Before that, I worked in a variety of field roles, operating and managing a number of processes at a large industrial gas production facility. My team was responsible for the safe operation of multiple complex processes and pieces of equipment while also improving efficiency and environmental compliance. I was also a key leader in the planning, construction, and commissioning/startup of multiple large capital projects, including an Air Separation Unit and a Hydrogen Liquefier.
