Dedicated and Conscientious With over 26 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, 16 years with the same company, I have proven myself dedicated to the industry and committed to quality work. Demonstrating minute attention to detail and clear focus I am well placed to deliver outstanding projects with robust accounts and monitoring to ensure transparency and satisfaction for all stakeholders. A varied portfolio of work from transport infrastructure projects to football stand renovations allows me to give informed and accurate advice when costing and planning projects, to ensure an ambitious yet achievable scope is agreed. Practical and Managerial As well as managing projects and processes such as Change Management I am adept at building relationships with subcontractors and presenting reviews to stakeholders. When delivering portfolios I have been entrusted with wider responsibilities as projects have developed, in recognition of my practical and managerial skills. I strive to continue my own professional development, ensuring I am up to date with guidelines and current best practice, leading from the front and modelling the standards I expect from those in my teams.
