I am an organizational leader and corporate executive with decades of experience helping firms to achieve exceptional results. For 18 years I led Ascent as the President and CEO followed by 2.5 years as the President of Analysts International; one of the largest staffing firms in North America. During the past 8 years I have worked extensively for a range of Non-Profits (Napa County Fire, Napa Firewise, Mt Veeder Fire Safe Council) as a Volunteer Firefighter and President/Vice President leading the efforts for Napa County to solve some of the most difficult challenges around Wildfire Resiliency. By surrounding myself with exceptional teams of talented individuals I\'ve developed and executed effective approaches to solving complex problems requiring deep thinking and comprehensive organizational transformation. I’ve always believed in the power of human networks to achieve incredible results by building and maintaining relationships in a way that provides immense value to the individuals who are part of the network. My core guiding principle is that by continuously connecting with stakeholders, employees, consultant associates, partners, and clients; with an eye on providing a consistently exceptional experience on \"their terms\" we will establish lasting and valuable relationships. My team and I act as strategic advisors to Napa County and it\'s residents to implement a comprehensive Community Wildfire Protection Plan. We play an important role in strategic planning, securing funding, capacity planning, workforce development and communications along with our partners at the County, Napa County Fire, CAL FIRE, the Napa Valley Vintners, PG & E, CFSC and the thousands or residents that benefit from our programs.
