My career is all about innovation in finance. I am passionate about reimagining the future, transforming organizations, and building high-performing cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement systems and technological solutions. Presenting to senior leadership and the board of directors keeps me connected to the execution and strategic decision-making sides of the business. In the beginning, I focused on planning and analyzing financial performance. Later, I became involved in infrastructure and system implementations to improve operational efficiencies. I brought my expertise to mission-critical initiatives that generated multimillion-dollar capital for new businesses and joint ventures driving profits and cost savings. Over the years, my roles expanded to include company strategy, planning, new product launches, transaction support, financial planning and analysis, M&A, and contract negotiations with global enterprise-wide impact. As the scope of my work reached multiple organization-wide divisions, partnerships were essential to achieve aggressive goals.Most recently, I accepted the challenge to create a new department within the CFO organization. I oversee mutiple simultaneous projects that are revolutionizing the current business model and optimizing to allow for complex problem-solving and decision-making. I lead the team of experts that is laying the groundwork for the CFO organization of the future. Examples of my recent career highlights: Built a front-end user interface integrated with existing finance systems that identified ~$10M to ~$20M in cost savings. Achieved ~10% headcount efficiency after launch of online Oracle Apex’s tool. Expedited senior leadership’s central management of IT investment portfolio by 95% alongside a $2M investment in Apptio Cloud Solutions to deploy industry-standard SaaS solution. Generated $200M+ in annual revenue with breakthrough pricing strategies. Raised $85M between the firm and its European partner to launch collateral optimization solution for financial services industry. Sports taught me great life lessons as I grew up. I still enjoy sports and, now, coach youth basketball teams.
