About Joseph Mitchem
With years of experience in agriculture, marketing and sales, I took my talents into the cannabis industry. Over the last three years I have proven my knowledge, experience, work ethic, and willingness to learn. In that time I have gone form an entry level cultivator to supervising a one acre outdoor cultivation along with Apothca’s entire harvest department. This includes the supervision and direction of our entire harvest department including but not limited to dry rooms, curing processes, setup, cleaning, and breakdown of all indoor and outdoor cultivation facilities. Under my supervision I am expected to find and execute key performance indicators, build and and execute standard operating procedures and delegate tasks, while team building to uphold performance goals.
