   Recent achievements at RCL as AVP in the RCL new building department: I led the development of the innovation lab at corporate headquarters which has provided the platform for the development of the most recent new-building innovations at RCL. I led the development of the expedition vessel FLORA, now substantially exceeding projections and I am currently leading the $1.4 Billion revitalization program. Recent successes in 2018 include leading the multi-ship,$300 million revitalization projects of the Adventure, Independence and Mariner of the seas, plus Azamara Pursuit, resulting in four (4) ships flawlessly re-delivered in 6 months with results exceeding expectations. Currently leading the next portfolio of revitalization projects for 2019 and 2020 totaling over $700 M capital expenses with dockings at 4 separate shipyards simultaneously.
