Manage multiple projects simultaneously including a casino, high rise senior living residence and a mixed-use property • Review and negotiate contract values and requirements, source out qualify subcontractors and negotiate contract price• Establish Critical Path Schedule, work closely with estimating, engineering, procurement and manufacturing to ensure that product is designed and built on time and within budget• Responsible for monitoring project financials including forecasting, strategizing and mitigating risk both upstream and downstream• Prepared projects financial reports for the stake holder’s review• Oversees project engineers and visit job sites on a consistent basis to monitor progress of installation and address any concerns• Responsible for managing subcontractors’ performance, delegating projects daily task, as well as train and assist in the field of Architectural Millwork
