As a member of R&D leadership, I am responsible for the management direction of all phases of design and development of a first in world implantable device system from product definition through development, manufacturing process characterization, production ramp, clinical studies and global commercialization.Key Responsibilities- Design and Development Management: Lead all stages of the implantable device system’s lifecycle, ensuring seamless progression from initial concept to global market launch- Budget Management: Develop and manage the R&D budget across the organization and with key suppliers, ensuring optimal allocation of resources- Clinical Support: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop strategies, timelines, and risk registers for upcoming clinical trials- High Performance Management System: Support Synchron’s C-suite in managing and executing the internal High Performance Management System, ensuring alignment and focus on key business objectives on a yearly and quarterly basis.
