   Reporting directly to Sephora Americas’ San Francisco HQ, I deliver strategic LP leadership to multiple districts comprised of 20+ Manhattan and New Jersey stores. These districts generate ~$400M in annual sales and include 4 of Sephora’s premium flagship locations (SoHo, 34th St, Times Square, Union Square). Additionally, oversee physical security for 2 NYC corporate offices.As Sephora’s first DLPM to single-handedly manage all of NYC Metro, I lead and maximize the districts’ LP strategy with a core focus on reducing shrink, increasing profitability, safety, crisis response, mitigating risk and liability. I also spearhead internal investigations, corporate financial audits, and inventory/third-party logistics audits and inspections.My direct reports include 3 Area LP Managers overseeing a team of 30+ highly autonomous store-level LP Investigators totaling a combined annual budget of $2M. I am incredibly proud that we have successfully built a talented unrepresented LP team that reflects the diverse demographics of our customer base.
