I have had the honor of serving on key agribusiness professional boards, including as Chair of the California Lawyers Association\'s Agribusiness Committee and on the Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar Agribusiness Committee. My experience extends to representing international and Fortune 100 companies, large banks, investors, ad hoc groups, and official creditor committees. I am licensed to practice law in California, Texas, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
