My responsibilities are as follows-Design, develop, and implement a preventive maintenance system repair program for all building, theater and exhibition equipment-Serve as the Center\'s lead point of contact for equipment knowledge and maintenance, and determine labor needs based on equipment and Center daily operation-Hire, train, develop and supervise department staff-Direct staff to all preventative maintenance and repair duties-Order all necessary operations equipment, materials and supplies-Coordinate the work of outside contractors in relation to overall building maintenance as well as the installation and deinstallation of all feature exhibitions-Oversee the daily set up, break down, and changeover of Center day and evening special events-Work in-house with catering, parking and security staff, as well as outside vendors, to ensure that special event requirements are met-Coordinate delivery of Center equipment and identify on-site storage and installation-Establish and implement an internal Center work order system for equipment repair and preventative maintenance-Ensure quality standards are met, including, but not limited to, all required building and equipment inspections and OSHA Requirements-Manage the contracts of the Center\'s overnight cleaning, landscaping trash removal, equipment maintenance contracts as well as utility bills. including any trade and technical staff contracts; negotiate appropriate contracts as assigned-Schedule all operations, Audio Visual and I.T. staff to ensure proper working order of all Center products and special event equipment-Institute and Manage the Operations Department annual expense budget-Assist with security and parking operations as they relate to the Operations Department.
