Alston Consultants International (ACI) is an independent multi-faceted management consulting firm specializing in assisting public housing agencies, community organizations and Corporations with their technical assistance and outsourcing needs.ACI provides agencies, small businesses, coalitions and organizations with the guidance necessary to create permanent and positive change, particularly in the following areas: structural organization management; asset revitalization, board development; leadership capacity building; compliance monitoring; economic development; grant writing/monitoring/evaluation; and achievement of organizational objectives.
