I help them to determine their goals both short and long term, and from my experience I create a path forward for them to achieve these goals. I have never had a job bring me such satisfaction as this one does. It is amazing to see the changes that occur in people when they eat the right way and combine that with short workouts all while setting life long goals and tracking them down till they are accomplished
