I have been fortunate to have been involved in Public, Private and Governmental entities as well as a wide variety of industries and companies, from retail grocery to wholesale distribution to public transportation and broadcast media. Throughout it all, I have partnered with colleagues to drive improvements in performance, efficiency as well as talent development. I relish the opportunity to identify the root causes to a problem and develop solutions. Intellectual curiosity, civility, innovation and mentoring others to achieve are values I hold dear. As an innovative enterprise risk management strategist, my contributions have been instrumental in substantially increasing productivity and profitability by significantly minimizing legal, safety, security and claims risks for several organizations.
