Serve as Human Resources Generalist assisting with all facets of human resource administration to ensure that all new hire employees, supervisors and upper level managers are operating within the guidelines of state and federal regulations. Administer and communicate company benefits to include new hire orientation, open enrollment and qualifying events; manage employee disability and personal leaves, develop, implement and the prepare/maintain employee handbook policies and procedures. Oversee staffing levels, to include job postings on internal/external websites, resume database searches, hiring jobs fairs and staffing agencies, and scheduling of interviews; oversee the creation talent management processes, tools, and programs. Provide guidance and assistance to managers with the annual performance evaluation program; maintained in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees and ensure awareness of new or updated legislation related to ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
