I have been a business owner for over 30 years, helping people use real estate and modern-day asset class to generate income and create long-term sustainable wealth. As the CEO of Homeowner Money Academy, LLC, I\'m committed to helping everyday homeowners achieve their goal of financial independence. I support the movement FIRE — “Financial Independence, Retire Early!” — I\'ve co-written three books namely “Creating Your Legacy,” “GameChangers,” and “Short Sale 911 Manual.” I also co-wrote the following e-book series ‘Home Advantage’, ‘The For Sale By Owner Guide’ and ‘Investment Property Made Easy’. I am a Broker-Associate with eXp Realty of California, Inc; I am also a financial services partner with Exertus Financial Partners and I am the CEO of Homeowner Money Academy, LLC. I hold a BS from Oregon State University and an MS in Computer Science & MBA from Binghamton University (SUNY). I enjoy reading, travel, cooking and good foods, horseback riding, swimming, and a game of Chinese ‘mahjong.’ You may also find me frequently heading up a Meetup group, or giving a seminar/webinar on business development and how to invest in real estate, life & annuity products, etc, I am an ADU specialist.
