Deployed to Dearborn, Michigan to understand the content, build, and issues of the New Model MCA Launch prototypes in order to orchestrate the introduction of the new model to CAP. • Spearhead the New Model Launch process, tooling, and labor optimization strategy to be integrated at CAP at over 40% under budget. • Identified non-buildable hybrid production condition at CAP. Reported findings to Senior Management along with possible resolutions, resulting in CAP having a feasible hybrid manufacturing process for the first time.
