About Joseph Krider
Joe Krider is a deal-motivated global executive and capital markets professional with a record of revenue growth and margin expansion over 30 years in organizations across 4 continents. Since 2018 Mr. Krider has founded or led early-stage companies in deep tech, ag-tech, manufacturing, and alternative assets, having raised over $15m in early-stage capital. Prior to that, he was VP of Corporate Development in Terex Corporation where he led or supported more than 40 acquisitions and took integration and leadership roles in the resulting businesses. Notably, he originated a $400M JV with a Russian conglomerate and became the COO, based in Moscow, where he led and managed 4 factories and team members.Mr. Krider’s prior experience includes investment banking with a major firm, US government and national security roles and serving as an officer in the US Army. His success and comfort in global markets is reinforced by 12 years living and working in professional roles outside the US. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and earned an MBA from London Business School.
