I am currently the Principle Engineer for the Planetary Science Projects Division (GSFC Code 430). I am currently the Lead Instrument Systems Engineer for the Ocean Color Instrument (OCI) on NASA\'s Plankton Aerosol Cloud ocean Ecosystem (PACE) mission. https://pace.gsfc.nasa.gov/-I\'ve worked on various stages of space flight instrument projects including proposal development, requirements derivation, technology advancement, aircraft demonstrations, spaceflight hardware design, assembly, test, delivery, launch and commissioning. My primary background is RF systems although recently I\'ve been working on optical systems. I spent 15 years in GSFC\'s Microwave Instrument Technology Branch (Code before transitioning to the Instrument and Payloads Systems Engineering Branch (Code 592) to work on OCI/PACE to lead pre-launch calibration, on-orbit solar calibration. I became the Lead OCI Instrument Systems Engineer in August of \'22. Previous Work- Lead Engineer for NASA\'s Soil Moisture Active Passive Mission (SMAP) Radiometer Front-End. http://smap.jpl.nasa.gov/- Designed a 6 - 40GHz compact, low-power, tunable local oscillator for the CubeRRT RFI survey mission. https://u.osu.edu/cuberrt/(Knuble, et al. US Patent #10,659,094)- Lead RF Systems Engineer, Project Manager and Co-Investigator for the Signals of Opportunity Airborne Demonstrator (SoOp-AD) funded through NASA\'s Earth Science Technology Office (ESTO) 2013 Instrument Incubator Program (IIP).
