When faced with a new business need or problem that needs to be solved, I first start to think about what\'s the best way to solve this. Not language or framework first, what\'s the absolute best way. I am an experienced software engineer who has built high performance web applications from the ground up. I build scalable architecture, develop intuitive user interfaces, and work directly with both front end and back end technologies to deliver real, usable solutions. I seek to write clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting complex problems, optimizing performance, and improving user experience through thoughtful design and iteration. I enjoy collaborating closely with teammates, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a productive, supportive engineering environment.    In my role as a.NET Developer, I focus on building reliable and scalable APIs with ASP.NET Core, writing C# to power core business logic, integrate with SQL Server databases, create and secure endpoints, and use Entity Framework to manage data efficiently. I spend a lot of time making sure the backend performs well under real-world conditions, with clean code, solid error handling, and smooth communication between services. On the front end, I work with React to build and refine UI components, manage state with hooks, troubleshoot bugs, and connect the interface directly to the APIs I develop, ensuring the user experience stays fast and intuitive. I collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to turn ideas into working features and keep both the UI and backend aligned. Being involved in the post-acute care space has made this work especially rewarding, knowing that the systems I help build directly support clinicians, improve workflows, and ultimately contribute to better patient outcomes, adds a meaningful layer of purpose to the technical side of what I do.
