ABOUT JOSEPH JOHNSON

I am a Client Partner with over 10 years of experience in the Commercial & Tech Ops arena for service providers (CRO\'s & CDMO\'s) in the life science space globally. I have been responsible for placing first-class talent across the board, ranging from mid tier to senior management appointments including CCO\'s. Earlier in my career, I also had exposure to the clinical operations arena, giving me a wider understanding of the Life Science chain as a whole.My core focus encompasses a unique blend of service providers including Pre-Clinical and Clinical Research Organisations and Contract, Development & Manufacturing Organisations. Having developed this sharp focus over the years, I have been able to justify myself as having an inch-wide and mile-deep network for exclusive talent within these specialist fields. Due to my long lasting relationships, my methodology for success has included retained, contingent and exclusive mandates; all of which are carefully discussed to cater for each clients specific need.
