Currently looking for a new opportunity in franchise Oil/Gasoline industry but not limited too. Well studied in many area\'s, considered a Jack of all trades, and have experience in real estate management real estate, environmental NFA\'s, construction, franchising, automotive, government, retail and wholesale. A very quick learner, willing to go to any length to get the job done. The last eight years oversaw 35+ gasoline operations with many changes in the industry and had many firsts in the markets where assigned. Truenorth a company half owned by Shell and the Lyden Company gave insight to large corporate culture and a family business. Prior to district manager for Shell franchisee\'s worked in the family portion of the business. Truenorth moved their headquarters from Toledo, Ohio to Brecksville Ohio, and as a 5th generation Toledoan decided to stay and run unsuccessfully for Toledo City Council to try and change the bad stigma associated with Toledo and Businesses leaving the City.
