From inception, I’ve guided every phase of development—from standing up compliant systems and infrastructure to forming a leadership team, securing Tribal investment, and positioning the business for SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certifications.Internally, we’ve built a team that operates less like a hierarchy and more like an organism—adaptive, mission-aligned, and purpose-driven.
