A recent graduate of Pepperdine University’s Class of 2025, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of both the analytical and interpersonal aspects of the business world.At Pepperdine, Joseph studied a wide range of disciplines including accounting, corporate finance, data analysis, micro and macroeconomics, and strategic marketing. His coursework emphasized not only technical proficiency but also real world application teaching him how to evaluate financial performance, interpret market data, create business models, and make data driven decisions. He also participated in group projects that required critical thinking, public speaking, and collaborative problem solving.Joseph’s passion for real estate began at home his grandmother’s hands on approach to managing properties inspired him to pursue a career where he could learn the industry inside and out while giving back to his family. Now working in the multifamily space, he is focused on helping clients make smart, long term investment decisions.Born in Santa Monica and raised in Irvine, Joseph has a deep connection to the Southern California community.
