As Account Director, I am responsible for establishing and leading our new Yorkshire office, driving regional growth and strengthening our presence across the North.My role includes full profit and loss responsibility, strategic client development, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. I focus on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Alongside business development, I lead and support project teams to ensure operational excellence, commercial performance, and continued growth within the region. My objective is to create a high-performing team and a sustainable platform for long-term success in Yorkshire.
