I am a Senior Collector and Negotiator at Nationwide Building Society, specialising in credit card collections, customer support, and achieving sustainable financial outcomes for individuals and businesses in a regulated environment.Prior to joining Nationwide, I worked at HSBC within the Financial Support Team, gaining valuable experience in commercial SME banking and supporting business customers through financial difficulty. I also completed work experience at the House of Commons, where I observed parliamentary processes and constituency casework firsthand.Alongside my professional career, I serve as a District and Parish Councillor for Great Wyrley & Landywood on South Staffordshire Council. In this role, I represent residents’ concerns, campaign on local issues, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver improvements within the community.I am particularly passionate about community engagement and encouraging young people to become involved in local government, aiming to make a meaningful and lasting difference through both my professional and public service roles.
